Custom Home in Oakville
Starting with our most recent project – this brand new 4500 square foot custom home is one of the first modern builds in the area of Bronte in Oakville.
The interior features a modern design, wood finishes, industrial designs and a featured staircase that wraps around a glass contained elevator. This breathtaking custom home in Oakville will certainly turn some heads.

Millwood Road Renovation
The owners of this Toronto home were looking to add some extra overall space in addition to a renovation throughout the rest of the home.
We started by adding a 400 square foot addition, then removed all of the supporting walls on the main floor to create a more open modern floor plan to make the kitchen and living room one open space. We also did a full renovation on the second floor and added a spacious master bedroom with a walkthrough closet. We were happy to provide this homeowner with the extra desired space without requiring them to leave a neighborhood they loved.

Woodbine Renovation Project
The vision with this 100-year-old property was to turn it into a modern home with a rustic aesthetic. The owners wanted to keep the old aesthetic while adding some modern touches to make the home more functional for day to day life. The focus of the renovation was the main floor and the basement.
We started by creating an open concept main floor that attached the dining and kitchen area into one. We mounted the kitchen on a brick wall to keep the rustic style they were after. The main floors flooring was finished with hand-scraped hardwood which tied the rustic design together while also feeling contemporary. We strengthened the foundation of the basement to create a much more usable space than there was prior, then finished by polishing the concrete floors.

Leslieville Project
The purpose of this Leslieville home renovation was to add two stories as well as remodel the interior entirely with a modern aesthetic. The idea was to create a custom home that would be visually modern yet functional.
The feature that stood out throughout the home was the modern kitchen that can be seen in the picture above. It has an orange glossed island that really pops and met the need for both an efficient and modern design. We finished it off with a fully finished brick wall that brought together the modern vision.
