Upcoming project in the beautiful area of Bronte in Oakville, ON this brand new 4500 square foot home is looking to set a trend as one of the first modern builds in the area.
We’re looking at a rough phase one of this build, due to the proximity to the lake our water tables will be high which in turn will require a developed strategy to keep the site dry. Other than the initial parts of construction we’re looking at another stress-free build to put out another stunning new home. Interior finishes will feature modern designs, wood finishes, industrial designs as well as a feature staircase wrapped about a glass contained residential elevator.
