Our clients came to us with a vision in mind; they wanted to add a two storey back addition and do full gut and remodelling of the interior. These homeowners were very open to bouncing modern ideas back and forth until we reached a final design that went beyond their initial expectations.
Our Build: Transformed into a two-story home with modern functionality like a sleek kitchen island
The Leslieville location was excellent. However, the aged home was a job for Rovimat Group. Our team helped to build a custom home ready to meet our new homeowners visually modern yet efficiently operating needs. A standout feature would have to be the eye catching, modern kitchen you see in the picture above.
Our creative and trendy clients, in collaboration with our team at Sky Kitchens, helped to produce an orange glossed, island that was mostly designed seven years before this job. After a previous project had passed on this layout, we thought it would perfectly suit our new, open minded, Heward homeowners.
Our intuition was right! The island’s combination of ability, efficiency and modern design connected and expressed the unique style of our keen clients. We added some traditional touches, the biggest being a fully restored and finished brick wall that helped merge their modern vision with traditional touches.
