Vision: Revitalizing property for additional space
Our clients loved their current neighbourhood but weren’t in love with their old living space. The plan was to improve the current layout by increasing the overall space and revitalizing the rest of the home with a fresh renovation catered to their taste. Leaving them in the neighbourhood they love with a house they can call a home.
Our Build: Full scale renovation with ensuite master bedroom and walk-in closet
We started by adding a 400 sqft addition, we then removed all supporting walls on the main floor to create an open concept space where the kitchen would meet the living room. The second floor was also treated to a full renovation. While keeping mostly the same layout on the old side of the second-floor the addition now added a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and walk through closet. The team at Two Birds Design came in and established a beautiful theme throughout the entire home which you can explore using the 3D showcase to the left. In the end, it was our pleasure to help our clients build a home in a neighborhood they love.
