Our clients came to us with a vision in mind;they wanted to create a well laid out home with increased space as well as premium traditional features. After discussing many ideas, the homeowners decided to do a major renovation involving mulitiple additions and alterations to increase the size of this Thornhill property of 6,000 Sq. Ft home to a 10,000 Sq.Ft home.
Our Build: Removing sections of the property and rebuilding it to increase the space
To first increase the size of this Thornhill property, we first had to decrease the size of it. Due to the lot being severed to accomodate a future new build, we first had to remove a portion of the home that was encroaching onto the new lot. After this we were able to start with the demolition which included gutting the entire house as well as removing the complete current second floor. As we continue the project we will face the challenge of doing all structural and framing work throughout the winter which will require more attention to safety and planning. Once this project is complete Rovimat Group Inc will have transformed a 6,000 square foot outdated home into a 10,000 square foot high end tradition home will features like coffered ceilings, one of a kind greatroom, and a revamped pool room.
