Our clients came to us with a vision in mind; They wanted to transform thier newly purchased triplex home into a a single family dwelling.
Our Build: First step was to give a solid foundation with a strong basement remodeling
Due to our clients request this renovation will be done in two stages. First step is renovating the basement so our client will be able to reside whlie the rest of the house is under renovations in the following year.
Once all said and done this High Park basement renovation project will be a contemporary build with some of our innovative features.
