Vision - A modern home with a sleek minimal features
Our longtime architect at Epic Designs Inc came to us with a vision; a clean, modern home with sleek features such as curbless and sunken showers, no casing door systems, wall flush baseboards and a floating staircase with structural glass railings.
We built them a home that stood out with its urbane aesthetics and a clean design.
Our Build - Full custom renovation of the two-storey property with custom modern fixtures
To meet the high expectations that we set for ourselves and wanted to achieve for our clients we had to entirely tear down the old home to build up our client’s new vision. We built up a two-story house that consists of 2,214 sq.ft. The exterior was finished by using Longboard siding which helped achieve a wood grain look that complemented the modern stucco finish.
A flush recessed baseboard ran throughout the entire house creating a seamlessly beautiful detail. We installed a floating staircase with a structural glass railing to complement the open concept space for this modern design. Curbless showers, floating ceilings, printed glass walls, and a double-sided fireplace are just a few of the many features at this Dunraven Dr home.
